어린이청소년정보원은 디지털인문정보학트랙과 도서관정보문화트랙에서 개설한 독서교육(이전 교과목명: 어린이청소년정보원) 수업에 참여한 학생들이 수업활동의 결과로 작성한 어린이와 청소년을 위한 도서 컬렉션입니다. 2020년 1학기부터 수업에 참여하는 학생들은 4~5명으로 된 팀을 구성하여 어린이와 청소년이 관심가질 만한 주제를 정하고 그와 관련한 도서를 인터넷 서점, 도서관, 다양한 추천정보원에서 찾아 함께 읽고 그 중에서 좋은 책을 선정하는 작업을 진행하고 있습니다. 각 조에서는 선정한 도서의 서지정보와 책에 대한 소개, 저자에 대한 소개, 책에 대한 서평 정보나 수상정보 등을 위키페이지에 출판하고 있습니다. 이 수업에 참여하는 학생들의 북큐레이션 활동의 결과가 어린이와 청소년 혹은 그들에게 책을 권할 선생님과 부모님들에게 좋은 정보가 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.
